Payment & Ordering:

The payment schedule depends on the items ordered: Corsets require a $80 minimum downpayment at the time of ordering; the turn around time is at least 12 weeks, but usually 16 weeks between January and July.

As other underclothes can usually be shipped within 3-4 weeks, they need to be paid in full at the time of ordering.

Ready made items must be paid for before they are shipped.

Please remember also, that you will incur shipping charges.

Custom Orders:

Successful custom sewing requires good communication between the customer and Kay. To reserve a scheduled sewing date - usually about 12 weeks in the future - requires a downpayment of at least $100. This will be a credit towards the finished item. This downpayment is fully refundable (for exceptions see notes on PayPal payments), if the customer decides not to have the items sewn after all. The exact style and fabric choice need not be decided at the time a sewing date is scheduled. For the finished item to be shipped, the downpayment account should show at least 75% payment.

Detailed invoices will accompany shipped items.

Shipping:

Prices do not include shipping which will be computed separately. Shipping is normally via US Postal Service priority mail. If you have another shipping preference, please email Kay to discuss

Returns:

Almost all items purchased from us is returnable - for full credit* if the return is immediate and the item in "as new" condition, for proportionate (store) credit if the return happens later or after the item has been worn/used. If the full credit is not a store credit, but a refund, and if the initial payment had been made through PayPal (or a similar service) I reserve the right to retain 4% of the amount to cover my credit card processing fees.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Our Buy Back Policy:

Kay is willing to take back items she has made in partial exchange for new items, provided they are still in good condition. Click here to read our buy back policy.
