100% cotton herringbone coutil $20 /corset (Note: this is not an upgrade that creates a more peirod accurate corset)
100% silk duchesse $80/corset (Note:  silk corsets are lined in cotton twill)

E30 Early Gusseted Corset 1830's , higher waisted than the 1840's style it also requires a wooden busk. The wooden busk will need to be purchased separately.

E40 1840's - 50's Gusseted Corset: This corset is based on a pattern published 1844 in Germany. With a wooden busk it gives the stiff straight look required for proper 1840's dress. It is cut longer than later corsets and pushed the bosom up. The wooden busk will need to be purchased separately.

E50 1850's - 60's Gusseted Corset: If instead of the wooden busk used for B40 a two-piece steel busk is used, one gets the softer, more subtle shape of the 1850's. It is also longer than later styles and pushed the bosom up.
